We will process your cancellation request within 5 business days of receiving your written notice. Once processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

During Project Development

If you wish to cancel your project after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of the work completed and the corresponding costs. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to you.

In cases where the work completed exceeds the payments made, you may be required to pay for the additional work before the project can be officially closed. This ensures fair compensation for the time and resources already invested in your project.

  • 0-25% completion: 75% refund of total project cost
  • 26-50% completion: 50% refund of total project cost
  • 51-75% completion: 25% refund of total project cost
  • 76-100% completion: No refund available

After Project Completion

Once a project has been completed and delivered, and you have provided written approval of the final deliverables, the project is considered complete and no refund will be available. We encourage you to thoroughly review all deliverables during the revision period to ensure your satisfaction before final approval.

If you discover issues with the delivered work after approval, we will work with you to address any defects or errors that were present at the time of delivery. However, changes to the project scope or requests for additional features after approval are not covered under this policy and may require additional payment.

  • Client-caused delays that extend the project timeline.
  • Failure to provide necessary materials, content, or feedback in a timely manner.
  • Requests for features or changes outside the original project scope.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective design choices after approval of concepts.
  • Third-party services, hosting, or domain registration fees.
  • Rush fees or expedited service charges once the expedited work has begun.
  • Consultation fees for completed consultations.
  • Custom development work that has been completed and delivered.
  • Services that have been fully rendered and approved.

Refund Process

Deposits and Milestone Payments

If you cancel after the deposit has been paid but before significant work has begun, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover administrative and planning costs already incurred.

Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your project. That is why we include revision rounds in all of our service packages:

  • Essential Package: 2 rounds of revisions
  • Professional Package: 5 rounds of revisions
  • Business Package: Unlimited revisions

A revision round includes feedback on the current deliverable and the subsequent changes made based on that feedback. Significant changes to the project scope or direction may be considered new work and may require additional payment.

We encourage you to use your revision rounds to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Our goal is to deliver a product you are proud of, and we are committed to working with you to achieve that goal.

Third-Party Services

Some of our services may include third-party products or services such as:
